Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Effectively oversee project staff, managing the shift roaster and delegating work to the team with proper follow-ups and guidance till closure
• Efficiently communicate to all stakeholders to manage expectations of the Operations in a time bounded fashion
• Ability in ensuring the necessary risk assessments are being continuously reviewed, monitored and proactively addressed in a timely fashion.
• Ability to do hand holding towards giving the assessment to the Top Management towards various steering committees and their agenda's pertaining department.
• Involvement while working very closely with the Project support team towards resolution of the any technical and non-technical issues which a team may be facing.
• Supervise on every business day 24 by 7 for all the requests received to the department where in department has to share obligation to serve Organization on various capacity.
• To ensure completeness of root cause for major/critical incidents, and where possible resolve or provide workarounds, suggestions and improvements to avoid/abolish future incidents
• To ensure applications/software environments are fully maintained with appropriately supported updates, patches and/or service packs in line with system maintenance policies

Experience

• Minimum of 3+ Years’ experience in managing the team
• The Candidate possesses an understanding of Payment Systems and work experience in the similar area
• Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced, high expectation environment 24 by 7 basis
• Candidate should have good knowledge on software applications like IBM MQ, Oracle DB, Basic Java, Apache Tomcat, Windows, any one of the UNIX environments (AIX/RHEL), Basics of Network concepts and Basics of PKI framework.
• Proficient knowledge on banking domain is mandatory.
• Candidate should have excellent understanding of NEFT, RTGS and trade messages like LC and BG's. The understanding should include good knowledge on various message types like ISO 20022, ISO 15022.
• Candidate should have the Proficient knowledge on banking domain is mandatory
• Candidate should have Strong MS Project, Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skills
• Candidate should have ability to work independently and manage ones’ time
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work Experience in NEFT/RTGS systems will be strong asset
